Let us be encouraged in the Lord

Before I continue with many of these heavy and challenging topics, I want to once again encourage us in the Lord.

With all of these events unfolding before us that seem out of our control, it is easy to fall to fear and hopelessness. Our natural reaction is to either become overwhelmed with fear, or to just deny it and go on with our daily lives. Both of these reactions are wrong and detrimental. We MUST not fall prey to these. My hope and prayer is that we will embrace these warnings, and it will cause us to go higher into the Lord. We must keep our eyes on Him. Our hope, faith and trust is in God alone.

To the degree that fear comes upon us, is to the degree that we are still bound by self and our flesh. Praise God that He is exposing these areas of our soul, and I believe is giving us ample opportunity to prepare by pressing deeper into Him. Amen? So, let us not back away friends, or tremble at the devil’s end-time agenda. But let us recognize that Christ has His end-time agenda too, that is going to trump the enemy and put him under our feet. That is our blessed hope. Our only escape is to allow Christ to be formed in us. There is no other option. We have nothing to fear when we are hid in Christ. That is the word of the Lord.

I’m sorry that many of these next few topics will be heavy material, but I feel it is so much better to warn you, and to allow you to prepare for what is just before us. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. It’s not scripture, but it’s good advice.

If God has mercy once again, and somehow holds back the darkness and this time of great tribulation, and gives us more time to prepare, then praise God. It is far better for us to prepare for war, then war is delayed, then to not prepare, and be destroyed. So, may God help us to have clear discernment of these times, and to prepare properly according to the leading of the Spirit. For sure we cannot fall asleep and become lethargic again in our spiritual walk. Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion.

We are probably entering the most challenging time of our lives. It is a time when we must rise-up. We must maintain a balanced perspective. We cannot be swayed by the circumstances around us, but we can’t ignore them either. We must be BALANCED.

We now have the privilege of truly exercise our faith and to trust in Christ as never before. The scriptures that we have so easily quoted will become a reality in our lives. It’s our time to shine! He is calling for his elect to rise up into Him, and into their place of authority.

Although these next few posts will deal with challenging issues, and as we expose these things, know this – that our hope is in Christ. We stand upon the rock. We must keep our eyes on Him. It’s in the midst of the fire that he shows up – And not only delivers us, but to deliver the world through us. Out of Zion will come a deliverer. All creation is groaning you see waiting for the sons of God to be manifest in living stones He is joining today.

Praise God. It is the most glorious time to be alive. When sin abounds, grace does much more abound. May we submit ourselves to the Spirit of the Lord to rise up within us. May we put on the whole armor of God and go forth in the power of His might.

Eze 33:1-5 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. … But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.
